BY NCERC ON December 30, 2022NSS Unit 209 : Seven Day Camp ‘Dheeksha’

Nehru College Of Engineering & Research Centre, Pambady, NSS Unit 209 seven day camp ‘Dheeksha’ was conducted from 24th December to 30th December 2022 at G.H.S.S, Pambady. The motto of the camp was ‘An initiation for a drug free society’. As a part of the camp, a lot of activities were organised like cleaning the bank of river Nila and Lakkidi railway station. Plastic wastes were collected and removed. Other activities like cleaning Pambady Veterinary Hospital, planting kitchen garden, surveying and various orientation sessions were conducted. Posters promoting drug-free society were pasted at different places.
