Induction Ceremony -The R.I.S.E. 360 (Refresh, Inspire, Skill, Empower) for the 2025–2026 batch (B. Tech,M. Tech,MBA,MCA)of Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre held on 12th August 2025, was a vibrant beginning to the academic journey of the new students. The event was marked by inspiring words, valuable guidance, and a heartfelt welcome, setting the stage for a year of growth, innovation, and learning.

The ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr. Michael Jom, UPSC Rank Holder 2025 , who shared his motivational journey and words of wisdom. The Guest of Honour, Mr. Cinesh Sreedhar, Regional Sales Manager, HP India, also addressed the gathering with insightful thoughts. The presence of Adv. Dr. P. Krishnadas, Honorary Trade Commissioner of Mauritius-India, Chancellor of P K Das Deemed to be University, Tamil Nadu, and Chairman & Managing Trustee of NGI, along with Dr. H. N. Nagaraja, Executive Director of Academics & Administration, NGI, Prof. Dr. R. Gowri, Director of Research, Accreditations & Rankings, NGIK, Prof. Dr. S Sudheer Marar, Dean-Academics,NCERC and Principals of Sister Institutions, Directors, HODs, students, parents, and other distinguished guests., added great significance to the occasion.

A special address was delivered by Mr. Sylesh Fernandes, Director & Co-founder of Fortune IAS Academy. Mr. Ranjith G S , a proud alumnus of NCERC and currently the Software Architect ,UST , shared his inspiring journey, offering valuable guidance and encouragement to the new students.
