FEB 23 _ World peace and understanding day 2024 are celebrated to establish peace through the world devoid of violence or atrocities. Establishing peace and understanding is the collective effort of human beings. Mutual understanding can in a way bring peace within. It is not the duty of a single individual but it is a collective effort. “Service above Self” is the motto of World Peace and Understanding Day. The World Peace and Understanding Day celebration aims at creating an understanding among the people about the importance of knowing about the significance of life and the essential role played by the individual in molding ourselves.
